Outdoor BLDC fan motor lock error. The outdoor fan is not turning when the board tells it to - usually something is physically jamming it (ice, leaves, a stick), or the motor or its connector has failed.

Likely causes, most common first
- Fan locked by physical force (foreign object stuck in the motor or blade)
- Poor connection of the motor connector
- Motor failure
- PCB failure
What you can safely check yourself
- Turn the outdoor unit off at the breaker first, then look through the grille for leaves, sticks, ice, or debris jamming the fan blade
- Clear snow and ice from around, under, and on top of the outdoor unit
- Once the obstruction is removed and the breaker is back on, try the system again
When to call a technician
If nothing is jamming the fan and CH67 returns, the fan motor or the outdoor control board has failed. Never reach into the outdoor fan with power on.
A LG mini-split throwing this code repeatedly has a reason — clearing the code without fixing the cause just hides it.
